Study, record, build — since 2001

t.laboratory is a lab notebook that has been open for a long time. It started in 2001, with the first paid development work, and it has kept one habit since: learn something, write it down, then build something real with it.

2001 — Starting with Windows

The first years were desktop software: Win32 API, MFC, and then C# and .NET as they arrived. Much of what was learned the hard way back then, including window handles and messages, data structures, search algorithms and regular expressions, was later written up as tutorials. Those 2021 articles are still on this site and are being revised one by one.

Writing it down

Recording was never a side project. A problem solved once and not written down tends to be solved again, more slowly, a year later. The notes became tutorials, and the tutorials became this site.

From the desktop to servers and phones

Work moved where users moved: to the web, to small PHP and MySQL servers, and to mobile. Today t.laboratory runs 16 apps on iOS and Android — lottery results, fortune telling, utilities and a casual game — together with the JSON APIs, data collection and ad configuration behind them.

2026 — Building with AI

In 2026 every app was rebuilt or modernised in Flutter — the six that were still web-view wrappers became fully native — and this site moved from WordPress to a static site generated with Python, without taking any app offline. AI coding agents did much of that work alongside us, under strict guardrails: backups first, dry runs, sandbox tests on the real server and a human approving every live change. How that went, mistakes included, is written up in the articles here.

Problems hit in production, how they were diagnosed, and the code that fixed them, across mobile apps, servers and infrastructure, web and SEO, data and scraping, and AI tools.

Editorial policy

  • Every code sample is run and every command is executed before it is published. Versions and dates are stated.
  • Articles are updated when tools change; "Updated" shows the last real revision.
  • AI tools assist with drafting and translation. Facts, code and measurements are checked against systems we actually run.
  • The 2021 tutorials are marked until their revision is finished.

学び、記録し、作る — 2001年から

t.laboratory は、長く開いたままの実験ノートです。始まりは2001年、初めて仕事として開発に携わった年でした。それ以来、1つの習慣を続けています。学んだら書き留め、書き留めたら実際に何かを作ること。

2001年 — Windows から

最初の数年はデスクトップのソフトウェアでした。Win32 API と MFC、そして登場とともに C# と .NET。ウィンドウハンドルとメッセージ、データ構造、探索アルゴリズム、正規表現など、当時苦労して身につけたことの多くは、後に講座記事としてまとめました。その2021年の記事は今もこのサイトにあり、1本ずつ改訂しています。

書き留めること

記録はおまけではありませんでした。一度解いて書き留めなかった問題は、1年後にもう一度、もっと時間をかけて解くことになります。メモは講座になり、講座がこのサイトになりました。

デスクトップからサーバー、そしてスマートフォンへ

仕事はユーザーのいる場所へ移っていきました。Web へ、PHP と MySQL の小さなサーバーへ、そしてモバイルへ。現在 t.laboratory は、宝くじ・占い・ユーティリティ・カジュアルゲームなど iOS と Android の 16 本のアプリを、その裏側の JSON API・データ収集・広告設定とあわせて運用しています。

2026年 — AIと一緒に作る

2026年、すべてのアプリを Flutter で作り直すか刷新し（Web ビューのままだった6本は完全なネイティブアプリに）、このサイトを WordPress から Python で生成する静的サイトに移しました。どのアプリも止めずにです。その作業の多くは AI コーディングエージェントと一緒に進めました。条件は厳しくしています。先にバックアップ、まずドライラン、本番サーバー上のサンドボックスで検証し、本番への変更は毎回人間が承認する。失敗も含めた経過は、このサイトの記事に書いています。

本番で起きた問題、その原因の突き止め方、解決したコード。モバイルアプリ、サーバー・インフラ、Web・SEO、データ・スクレイピング、AIツールまで扱います。

編集方針

  • 掲載するコードとコマンドはすべて実際に実行して確認しています。バージョンと日付を明記します。
  • ツールが変わったら記事を更新し、「更新日」は実際に内容を改訂した日を示します。
  • 下書きと翻訳には AI ツールを補助的に使い、事実・コード・計測値は実際に運用中のシステムで検証しています。
  • 2021年の講座記事は、改訂が終わるまで表示で区別しています。

t.laboratory는 오래도록 펼쳐 둔 실험 노트입니다. 시작은 2001년, 처음 개발을 일로 시작한 해였습니다. 그때부터 한 가지 습관을 이어 왔습니다. 배운 것은 적어 두고, 적어 둔 것으로는 실제로 무언가를 만든다는 것.

2001년 — Windows에서 시작하다

처음 몇 해는 데스크톱 소프트웨어였습니다. Win32 API와 MFC, 그리고 새로 나온 C#과 .NET. 윈도우 핸들과 메시지, 자료구조, 탐색 알고리즘, 정규 표현식처럼 그때 어렵게 익힌 것들은 나중에 강좌로 정리했습니다. 2021년에 쓴 그 글들은 지금도 이 사이트에 있고, 하나씩 보강하고 있습니다.

기록하는 일

기록은 덤이 아니었습니다. 한 번 풀고 적어 두지 않은 문제는 1년 뒤에 더 오래 걸려 다시 풀게 됩니다. 메모는 강좌가 되었고, 강좌는 이 사이트가 되었습니다.

데스크톱에서 서버로, 그리고 스마트폰으로

일은 사용자가 있는 곳으로 옮겨 갔습니다. 웹으로, PHP와 MySQL로 된 작은 서버로, 그리고 모바일로. 지금 t.laboratory는 복권·운세·유틸리티·캐주얼 게임 등 iOS와 Android 앱 16개를, 그 뒤에서 돌아가는 JSON API·데이터 수집·광고 설정과 함께 운영합니다.

2026년 — AI와 함께 만들다

2026년에는 모든 앱을 Flutter로 다시 만들거나 새로 다듬었고(웹뷰로 감싸 두었던 6개는 완전한 네이티브 앱으로), 이 사이트를 WordPress에서 Python으로 생성하는 정적 사이트로 옮겼습니다. 어떤 앱도 멈추지 않은 채로요. 그 작업의 많은 부분을 AI 코딩 에이전트와 함께했습니다. 조건은 엄격하게 두었습니다. 먼저 백업하고, 먼저 dry-run으로 돌려 보고, 운영 서버 안의 격리 공간에서 검증하고, 운영 서버를 바꾸는 일은 매번 사람이 승인합니다. 실수까지 포함한 그 과정은 이 사이트의 글에 적어 두었습니다.

운영 중에 실제로 겪은 문제, 그 원인을 찾은 방법, 해결한 코드. 모바일 앱, 서버·인프라, 웹·SEO, 데이터·스크래핑, AI 도구까지 다룹니다.

편집 원칙

  • 글에 싣는 코드와 명령은 모두 직접 실행해 확인합니다. 버전과 날짜를 함께 적습니다.
  • 도구가 바뀌면 글을 고치고, "수정일"은 실제로 내용을 고친 날짜입니다.
  • 초안과 번역에는 AI 도구를 보조로 쓰며, 사실·코드·측정값은 실제 운영 중인 시스템에서 검증합니다.
